Responsibilities:
Work independent or with others on a project
Experience at running rigid conduit, EMT conduit, and wiring for a 20A 120v receptacle all the way up to a 2000A 480/277v Service Upgrade
Experience at installing and wiring Transformers, Switchgear, MCC’s, Bus Duct, Disconnects, and Panels
Build and install a PLC based control panel
PLC programming
Interfacing with HMI’s
PLC programmer and developer utilizing platforms such as Allen-Bradley (A/B) RS Logix, Koyo, Modicon, Siemens, etc.
Troubleshooting various types of machinery with different controllers and relay logic
Reading Electrical Schematics and designing control panels
Determine machine sequence of operations and program given control system
Our Ideal Candidate:
Associates degree required/ bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of electrical experience and 2+ years of PLC/ Controls programming/ troubleshooting experience
Any certifications or licenses
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to design and install control panels, PLC based, write ladder logic programs
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Office including excel, word, and outlook
Machine troubleshooting ability
Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
Work well under pressure and in fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter.
